 Hayauchi Pole Saw

The Hayauchi pole saw has the same curved blade as the Hayauchi hand saw. The base pole has a comfortable sponge rubber grip. The pole has a lever lock with spring loaded buttons at the end of each length. The oval aluminum alloy extension pole gives precise control to the direction of the saw blade (especially important for high cutting) and strength and rigidity to the pole, reducing bending to the minimum. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The Hayauchi Hanger provides a hook for hanging it in the tree.

 Hayauchi Pruner Adapter

Finally! A pruner adapter for Silky Hayauchi pole saws! This adapter slips on over the end of Hayauchi pole and bolts on in the same fashion. Features a double-pulley mechanism for smooth cutting action, and a four position ratchet for cutting through even thick branches. If the first pull is not enough to cut through the branch, release the pull line to engage the blade in the second ratchet position, and cut again with more leverage. If necessary, repeat with 3rd and 4th notches. Available in two sizes. High-carbon, Teflon-S coated blade. Replacement parts available.

Designed for splitting wood. The axe head is quite heavy with forged cheeks on both sides of the blade, “splitting wedge shaped crests” which power apart the grain of the wood. A Splitting Axe does not just have to slice into the wood, the thick axe blade also pushes apart the wood.  Port-A-Wrap

When you use the Port-a-Wrap III you will be able to lower a load many times your own weight with excellent control. You'll also save wear and tear on your rigging rope by taking wraps around the Port-a-Wrap instead of the tree trunk. This gives you smooth, consistent friction that you can easily adjust by adding or removing wraps. You can even tie-off the rigging line on the Port-a-Wrap to step away from the rope. The Port-a-Wrap can be combined with a fiddle block to hoist branches, and does not damage the tree.
