Ordering Information Terms and Conditions

The Wyoming Plant Company takes orders for landscape plants through this website, and those orders must be picked up at our location at 358 S. Ash St., Casper, Wyoming 82601.

Landscape plants take years to mature to the size they can be offered to customers, and so the quantity of our inventory is limited by what is available this year. A large percentage of our customers place their orders in advance to ensure they get the plants they want. Also, plants cannot be delivered to our Casper store until the weather warms up enough to insure the plants will not be damaged during shipment. Because of these reasons, we are taking orders now and most of our plants will be available for pickup at our location starting in Mid-May. However, bare root trees and shrubs will be available only in mid to late April. We will announce the exact date of plant pickup to our customers as we get closer to spring.

The shopping cart is active. But also, feel free to spend some time wandering through our online garden, looking at the plant descriptions, pictures and videos, dreaming of spring and gardening!

We are taking credit card orders through this website's shopping cart prior to delivery. In mid-May we will open for retail at our location on Ash Street in downtown Casper, Wyoming.

If we run out of any plant and will not get any more this year, we will remove that item from the shopping cart and credit card processing system. If for any reason we cannot deliver an item that has been ordered, the customer will get a Prompt FULL REFUND.

WE DO NOT SHIP PLANTS. All orders must be picked up at our location on 358 S. Ash St. in Casper, Wyoming. Any credit card orders from beyond the state of Wyoming MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER that the customer will physically pick up the order in Casper, Wyoming.
