Tree and Shrub Planting Services: 

For what ever reason, there are times when it is not practical for you to plant your landscape. We understand. The Wyoming Plant Company has worked with several individuals to go through a planting certification process that meets or exceeds industry standards. These are self-employed contractors and pricing is variable. Call us at (307) 262-2963 for more details.

Landscape Planning: 

The Wyoming Plant Company is pleased to offer this free service to our customers, and when appropriate will schedule time to come to your home or business to discuss planting ideas for your unique landscape. We can also discuss your ideas over the phone or via the internet. 

Landscape Design: 

If your project needs a complete design from the ground up including elevations, irrigation system design, plant materials, and placement of plants, we can do it. This is a fee based service. Our first site visit with you is free.  This is where we will work with you one on one to understand your individual requirements and capture the full extent of the project. Mileage fees are extra if you are outside the Casper metro area.

Landscape Design & Oversight of the Project from Start to Finish: 

Not only can we help you to design the project but our business affiliates will serve as general contractor for your project, overseeing each phase to insure you that everything is done correctly, and meets with your approval. The first meeting is free.

Soil Sampling: 

  The cost is $80/sample. We collect the soil sample, send it to the laboratory for you and upon getting the results, we will provide you a detailed explanation of the results complete with our recommendations.

Yard Calls/Diagnosing Problems: 

Let’s face it, like any of us, plants get sick. If you have a perplexing landscape problem, let us work with you on identifying the problem and then work towards possible solutions. Whether it’s a sick tree or lawn, chances are we can figure it out and get your plants back on the road to recovery. Yard calls are $35. Mileage fees are extra if you are outside the Casper metro area.

Second Opinions: 

Unfortunately, not all landscape service providers are ethical. If you are suspicious of a service being offered, or believe it is not justified and want a second opinion concerning your landscape plants, let us know! There is a $35 service fee. To save you money, we can tell you now: we will not support standardized use of tree injections. 

Hazard Tree Assessments: 

Piece of mind is integral to a healthy landscape, and trees can be a great source of comfort in our personal environment. However, there are those times when we’re just not sure if our leafy friends are healthy, or more importantly – safe. If you have a concern about the integrity of your trees, our experts can perform a hazard assessment, providing you with a detailed analysis of the condition of your trees, including any potential issues and possible solutions.  This is a fee based service.  

Landscape/Tree Appraisals: 

A healthy landscape, especially those with trees, can add dramatically to the value of your property, and that value only increases with time. Just as with your home, regular appraisal of your landscape helps you to keep track of your investment and can help you get the most from your property when selling or upgrading. Perhaps more importantly however, a proper appraisal can also be included with most homeowner insurance claims to help you recover lost value if bad things happen to your landscape such as storm damage or plant death. Our appraisal service looks at several factors including how much the plant has grown when determining a value, so you are getting the value of the plant as it is, not just a replacement cost. So if you are considering selling your property, making an insurance claim, or are just curious and want to know the value of a single tree or your entire landscape, our appraisal services can give you the dollars and cents. This is a fee based service.  

Customized Landscape Classes: 

We can all appreciate the time and effort that go into creating a healthy landscape, but do we always have the expertise to turn our vision into reality? Often the answer is no, and we end up accepting results that are less than what we wanted. This doesn’t have to be the case! Whatever your need may be, design, plant selection, irrigation, planting, pruning, annuals, or perennials, if you need to know - just ask. We are happy to put together a customized hands-on training session that will answer your questions and give you the skills you need to master your landscape. This is a fee based service. Wait, there’s more, we are also happy to extend this service to larger groups such as garden clubs, HOA’s, volunteer organizations, and private agencies. What better way to spend your next meeting or event than playing in the dirt, and learning new skills?
